Use this kit to host an event for your community and/or yourself.

It includes:

  • You can run this event for:

    • yourself

    • a small circle

    • or even extend it to the wider public - depending on how much space and time you have!

    Make sure you have enough space for everyone to sit within hearing distance. You can send our pre-designed invitation card to participants in advance!

    • Pick a peaceful location where you can gather.

    • Set a time and date.

    • Listen to the guided box breathing linked below. Test it to make sure you can play it at the location.

    • Pack a plastic bowl, it can help make your phone louder. If you have speakers, even better!

    • Pack some art supplies. Try paper and pens, paint kits, or remind people to bring their own.

    • If it’s hot, and you’re hosting outdoors, considering bringing water or shade.

    • Show up 10 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled in.

    • Set up a nice place to sit. Put your phone in the bowl or connect your speakers/headphones.

    • Press Play. Breathe.
