Make sure you have enough space for everyone to sit within hearing distance. You can send our pre-designed invitation card to participants in advance!

Pick a peaceful location where you can gather.
Set a time and date.
Listen to the guided box breathing linked below. Test it to make sure you can play it at the location.
Pack a plastic bowl, it can help make your phone louder. If you have speakers, even better!
Pack some art supplies. Try paper and pens, paint kits, or remind people to bring their own.
If it’s hot, and you’re hosting outdoors, considering bringing water or shade.

Show up 10 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled in.
Set up a nice place to sit. Put your phone in the bowl or connect your speakers/headphones.
Press Play. Breathe.
